![]() READ MORE TO VIEW GALLERY & VIDEO Residents of Ebley St, Bondi Junction were woken to the sounds of fire engines and the smell of smoke at around 2:00am this morning. Fire crews from two pumping appliances and the turntable ladders truck responded, after residents smelt smoke coming from a nearby building. Entry was forced into the premises using a power-saw and the roof was checked for any fire breach. It took some time to locate the seat of the fire, which was discovered in a storage room located in the basement. Fire crews completed their operations at around 5.00am and the street was re-opened to traffic. The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
