![]() READ MORE TO VIEW GALLERY (Photo Credit: Gordon McComiskie) Police are investigating the cause of an accident at 4:30pm today near a canal on Burwood Rd in Campsie. It's believed the driver of a black Nissan Skyline lost control of his vehicle, smashing through a barrier and ended up in a nearby canal. Four passengers were assessed by Paramedics, but were lucky to escape without serious injury. Extraction of the vehicle is expected to be performed by crane. Police are asking for any witnesses to the accident to contact Burwood Police Station.
